As Experiential Strategist, I see my role as to lay the foundational direction of the brand’s activities by taking clear, actionable objectives and mapping them out into an approach that has the best chance of success.  Some projects require a more conceptual approach, while others get right into the practicalities of user experience and content in production.  

In both frameworks, as exhibited in the Case Studies linked below, the value of understanding and advocating the user is central - whether engaging with millennials at retail, college-age guys grabbing a bite to eat, or the treasure-hunting shopper who, despite her best intentions, joyfully indulges in impulse buys at Costco.
